Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior arrival. If written notice is received less than 90 days, the full security deposit will be forfeited. If received in less than 60 days, the rent and excise tax will also be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented. A $100 Fee is charged for all cancellations. We recommend you invest in travel insurance to cover costs of cancellations.
